About the project

The Ben Yedder family has been involved in coffee roasting since 1888 in a grocery store on Rue Normandy in Tunis. At the beginning of the last century, the roasting unit settled on the Rue La Valette, behind the central market; Then the coffee was roasted in the traditional way. It was not until 1934 that the late Ibrahim Ben Yedder established Cafés BEN YEDDER, which was based at 12 Rue Gezira Tunis before moving it to 07 Rue Dag Hammarskjöld on October 31, 1988. Ben YEDDER Cafés has been able to maintain, transmit and develop the core values of its success for nearly a century : knowledge - proximity - service. The great experience gained over decades as well as the great logistics have allowed Ben Yedder Cafés to rise to the second position in the coffee market in Tunisia.
