About the project

FlyAkeed, a travel solution, initially gained success as a booking confirmation app for last-minute travel. However, as the travel app market became saturated with well-established competitors, it became clear that a pivot was necessary to sustain and grow the business. The company recognized the need to explore new opportunities within the travel ecosystem, including other modes of transportation and travel services. The strategic goal was to reposition FlyAkeed as a leading corporate travel services agency, providing a comprehensive and personalized experience for the Kingdom and the region.
