Simple, Complex.

About the project

In my project for the Misk Art Institute Micro-Residency: Arabic Typography Design. In this project, I aimed to showcase the depth and meaning of two words that represent my personality: "Simple" and "Complex." I’ve always believed that "Behind every simple thing lies complex details and varied emotions." To embody this concept, I placed the word "Simple" in the forefront, with the word "Complex" behind it, using simple geometric shapes. However, their intertwining created a complex form. The different colors represented the variety of details, meanings, and emotions that lie behind every work brought to life.
