The video brings to life Kuwait's pre-oil era, focusing on pearl divers who embarked on long and arduous journeys in search of pearls. It narrates their hardships and the poignant moments when their wives would wait by the sea, singing traditional chants (ahaazij) that called out to the ocean to return their husbands safely
